About

SELINA POPE

4_edited.jpg

Selina's art explores the theme of identity. Drawing from her own experience
growing up as a person of mixed race heritage, she developed a personal understanding of this dynamic and how it shapes one’s sense of self. Through portraiture, one of society’s oldest
forms of storytelling, Selina's work seeks to capture not only how individuals are
seen by others but also how they want their stories to be told.
